Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to engaged couples planning their wedding.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Only for couples who book a wedding in 2025/2026.
Entry Period
- The giveaway begins on September 28, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on October 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must:
a. Follow @dancingflorista on Instagram
b. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the designated giveaway post
c. Share the giveaway post in their Instagram story for an additional entry - Limit of extra two entries per person: one for commenting and tagging, and one for sharing in stories.
- Entries that do not comply with Instagram’s terms of service will be disqualified.
Prize
- One (1) winner will receive floral arrangements valued up to $200 CAD, including:
- One (1) Toss Bouquet
- One (1) Groom Boutonniere
- One (1) Corsage
- FREE Consultation
- FREE Setup On a Wedding Day
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Any additional costs beyond the stated prize value are the winner’s responsibility.
Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on October 6, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via Email, Phone or Instagram direct message within 48 hours of selection.
- The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Redemption
- The prize must be redeemed for a wedding taking place within 18 months of the giveaway end date (by April 6, 2026).
- Arrangements for prize redemption must be made at least 60 days prior to the wedding date.
- The winner may be required to sign a release form to receive the prize.
General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Dancing Florista, which are final and binding.
- Dancing Florista reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy
- Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for administering the contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
